People's militia of Crimea will be legalized in the legal field of the Russian Federation. It was stated on 13 April at the Central square of Crimean capital by the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov during the ceremony of representatives of the Composite regiment of militia of Crimea.

According to the Speaker, the members of Composite regiment of militia of Crimea played a major role in the fate of the Republic and its people, defended the Crimea from Ukrainian radicals. “You have done all you can for the benefit of Crimea and protection of inhabitants of the Republic”, - he said.
