The autonomy budget will bear all costs associated with the replacement of passports of Ukrainian citizens residing on the territory of Crimea, in case if the results of the referendum of the residents of the autonomy will speak in favour of joining of Crimea to the Russian Federation. It was stated to reporters on 13 March, the Head of Crimean Parliament Vladimir Konstantinov.
