Within Days of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea the Head of the Crimean Parliament Vladimir Konstantinov held meetings with residents of Saki and Saki region, to discuss urgent problems of Crimean people.

Conversation in particular was about the issues of water supply and wastewater disposal, construction and major renovation of kindergartens, training schools for the new academic year, repair and construction of local areas.

According to the Speaker, today socio-economic indicators of development of Crimea significantly inferior to the average for Russia. According to the Head of the State Council, it is connected with the twenty three years period of the republics as a part of Ukraine, when the policy of the authorities was sent to Crimea acted as a subsidized region. A large part of the taxes received in Kiev and returned to the Republic only in the form of subsidies and subventions. Today the situation has changed radically and for the first time in a long time, the Republic has received a significant impetus to the development. Crimea reborn”.
