Crimean Tatars welcome the adoption of the resolution on guarantees of their rights - Vladimir Konstantinov

The Chairman of the Supreme Council of ARC Vladimir Konstantinov on March 12, 2014 commented to journalists on the reaction in the Crimean Tatar community on adopted on the eve of the Parliament resolution “On the guarantees of restoring the rights of the Crimean Tatar people and its integration in the Crimean community”.
