Has been adopted Statement of the Ukrainian forum of representatives of regional councils and the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea

On February, 12 in Livadia (Yalta) on the results of work has been adopted Statement of the Ukrainian forum of representatives of regional councils and the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

On the proposal of the Chairman of the Supreme Council of ARC Vladimir Konstantinov in the text of the Statement has been added a paragraph on a monthly carrying of a Regional Forum of Ukraine.

Also has been added paragraph stating that in case of impossibility to solve the political crisis in legal and constitutional way and deterioration of the situation in the country Regional Forum will come out with initiative to held all Ukrainian Congress of deputies of councils of all levels. It is marked, that local governments should become subjects of the negotiation process on the exit of a deep political crisis in Ukraine. In addition, participants of all Ukrainian forum of representatives of regional councils and SC ARC initiate a meeting with the leadership of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukrainian and leaders of parliamentary factions to explain the main proposals from the regions.
