Speaker of the Supreme Council of Crimea expressed hope that constructive proposals on the ways out of the political crisis will be accepted by the Central authorities

The Chairman of the Supreme Council of ARC Vladimir Konstantinov expressed hope that constructive proposals on the ways out of the political crisis developed in the framework of the all-Ukrainian forum of representatives of regional councils and the Supreme ARC, will be received by the Central government.
