Ways out of the political crisis should be found in parliamentary way, at the round table, not on the street. It was stated by the President of the Ukrainian Association of Local and Regional Councils, Chairman of Kharkiv Regional Council Sergey Chernov at the opening of the all-Ukrainian forum of representatives of regional councils and the Supreme Council of ARC in Livadia Palace (Yalta).
