Vice Speaker Grigoriy Ioffe: “Ukrainian Authorities are obliged to protect the rights of citizens”

Ukrainian authorities are obliged to restore the lawful order and protect the rights of citizens suffering from instability in the country. It was stated in the interview with ITAR-TASS by Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Grigoriy Ioffe, commenting on the events of the last night in Kiev, where employees of law enforcement bodies tried to clear from the barricades and debris city centre, but met with resistance from the opposition supporters.
