Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov took part in the meeting of the working group on monitoring the implementation of decisions of the State Council of the Russian Federation and its Presidium, which took place on 11 September in the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea under the leadership of assistant to the President of the Russian Federation, Secretary of the State Council of the Russian Federation (head of the working group) Igor Levitin.

The meeting was attended by Plenipotentiary representative of RF President in the Crimean Federal district Oleg Belevantsev, acting Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksenov, Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for Affairs of the Crimea Andrey Sokolov, members of the working group of the Council, representatives of ministries and departments of the Republic, the Parliament of the Crimea and the Government, Sevastopol.
