When extending the route Simferopol - Kerch will apply the procedure of mandatory buyout

The procedure of mandatory buyout will be applied in Crimea during the construction of large infrastructure facilities, in particular, the reconstruction of the route Simferopol - Kerch after the commissioning of the bridge across the Kerch Strait. It was stated to journalists by the member of the Presidium of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vitaly Nahlupin.

According to him, buyout can be applied when extending the route Kerch - Simferopol and touch objects adjacent to the highway. “We understand that the route Kerch - Simferopol is very narrow. If expansion of the route will require the removal of objects, it will apply the law”, - he said.
