Crimean Parliament has passed in the second reading the law “On the people's volunteer corps - national team” and a number of laws in the first reading

On June 11, 2014 at an extraordinary plenary meeting of the State Council of the Republic in the second reading adopted the law “On people's militia – the national team of the Republic of Crimea”. The bill sets a legal basis and principles of activity of militia - squads, determines its organizational structure and management system, duties, rights and responsibility of the militia – folk combatants, and guarantees of their legal and social protection.
