Efim Fix: With the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Crimea we received not only a wide powers, but also the highest responsibility for the fate of multiethnic Crimea

Speaking at the extraordinary plenary session of the Parliament, deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Efim Fix commented on the political situation.

Efim Fix, in particular, noted that 23 years in a row in Crimean Parliament was hard exhausting search of mechanisms of interaction with the Central Kyiv authorities, to find solutions for implementing authorities of the Republic of filling the existing at that time, the Constitution of real content.
