“We are deeply in Your debt!..”

On the eve of the 70th anniversary of the liberation of Crimea from German-fascist invaders in the State Council honored the veterans of the Great Patriotic War, who participated in the liberation of Crimea. In the meeting participated the First Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Grigory Ioffe, Vice-speaker Konstantin Bakharev, Presidium members and deputies of the Crimean Parliament, Chairman of Organization of Veterans of the Republic of Crimea Aleksandr Sklyarov.

Greeting the veterans on behalf of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea and its Head Vladimir Konstantinov, Grigory Ioffe underscored the symbolism of the meeting: “Exactly after 70 years after the memorable events ¬– on March 16, 2014 Peninsula was again freed from the “brown plague”.
