The State Council of the Republic of Crimea unanimously adopted the Constitution of the Republic of Crimea

On April 11, 2014 at the extraordinary plenary meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea has been adopted Constitution of the Republic of Crimea. The main document of the Republic unanimously supported 88 deputies.

In accordance with the Basic Law, the Republic of Crimea is a democratic legal state in the composition of Russian Federation.

Outside of the Russian Federation, authorities of the Russian Federation in subjects of joint jurisdiction of the Russian Federation and subjects of the Russian Federation, Republic of Crimea has full state power.
