Vladimir Konstantinov congratulated the staff of the Crimean “Berkut” on the anniversary of creation of special division

The Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov congratulated employees of the Crimean militia of special purpose “Berkut” on the anniversary of its creation.

The event was attended by the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksenov, Plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Russian Federation at the Crimean Federal district Oleg Belavencev, heads of power departments of the Republic.

The meeting started with a minute of silence and laying flowers to the memorable Stella to soldiers of “Berkut” who died in the performance of official duties.
