On 35 km of the highway Simferopol-Alushta tool place ceremonial opening of the bust to the great Russian commander, General-field Marshal Mikhail Kutuzov. The pedestal is located on the territory of the memorial complex “Kutuzovskiy fountain” – the only on the territory of Crimea monument built in memory of Shumsky battle in the Russo-Turkish war of 1768-1774.

Opening of the pedestal is dedicated to 240-th anniversary of Shumsky battles and 269-th anniversary of the birth of the great Russian commander Mikhail Kutuzov.
