The Chairman of the State of the Republic of Crimea, Secretary of Crimean regional Department of all-Russian political party “United Russia” Vladimir Konstantinov sure of high rating of the Crimean regional Department of all-Russian political party “United Russia”. He said this to journalists on 10 April following the meeting of the political Council of the CRD.
