The State Council of the Republic of Crimea initiates amendments to the Federal Law “On participation of citizens in maintaining public order”

On July 9 at the extraordinary session of the Crimean Parliament was made a decision on entering into the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in the procedure of legislative initiative project of the Federal Law “On amendments to the Federal Law “On participation of citizens in the protection of public order”.

Putting the issue to a vote, the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov said that by Russian law is provided that the Federation subjects, except for the adoption of regional laws, may apply with the legislative initiative in the State Duma.
