Crimean Parliament adopted in the second reading a number of “social” laws

On July 9 at the extraordinary session of the State Council of the Republic have been adopted the laws “On social partnership in the Republic of Crimea” and “On the state support of the disabled since childhood and children with disabilities residing on the territory of the Republic of Crimea”.

During the discussion, the Head of Crimean Parliament Vladimir Konstantinov recalled that the bodies of social partnership, consisting of representatives of the national associations of the organisations of trade unions, employers, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, form commissions on regulation of social-labor relations: on the Republican level is formed permanent tripartite commissions; at the sectoral level are formed sectoral (intersectoral) commissions; at the territorial level are formed territorial tripartite or bilateral commissions. The draft law defines the order and the principle of forming these commissions, their goals and objectives, basic rights.
