Crimean Parliament has adopted in the first reading a number of laws aimed at preserving and improving the welfare of the residents of the Republic

The Head of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov stressed social direction and significance of bills. In accordance with Federal constitutional law No6, the size of social payments in the Republic of Crimea in the transition period cannot be less than those that were established on February 21, 2014.

Today in the Republic of Crimea is home to fourteen and a half thousand large families. The draft law of the Republic of Crimea “On social support of large families in the Republic of Crimea” will enable to grant them privileges on payment of housing-and-municipal services after migrating from January 1, 2015 on the legislation of the Russian Federation. Those are the benefits they receive, but are not in the legislation of the Russian Federation.
