Crimean Parliament adopted in the first reading the law “On tourist activity in the Republic of Crimea"

Commenting on the law, the Chairman of Permanent Commission of SC RC on Health-Resort Complex and Tourism, the head of the working group on preparation of draft laws in the sanatorium and resort sphere Aleksey Chernyak said that the aim of the draft law “On tourist activity in the Republic of Crimea” is to define principles of state regulation of tourist activity, as well as relations arising during realization of the rights of tourists during travel on the territory of Crimea.

In the first Chapter “General provisions” describes the concepts used in this bill. Updated and supplemented the list of names approved by the Federal law “On bases of tourist activity in the Russian Federation”. So, put the following concepts: tourism (tour) route; tourist services; tourism cluster; the subjects and objects of tourist industry; tourism exhibition; accommodation; tour services; the implementation of tour services, tour, tourist sights; tour; safety of tourism and others.
