Presidium of the Sate Council of the Republic of Crimea supported the resolution “On guarantees of the rights of persons with disabilities to vocational rehabilitation”

To ensure social protection of the citizens living on the territory of the Republic of Crimea, and also in accordance with article 6, parts 6, 7 of article 11 of the Federal constitutional law “On enactment of the Russian Federation Republic of Crimea and the formation within the Russian Federation of new agents - Republic of Crimea and city of Sevastopol”, Presidium of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea has decided:

Enterprises, institutions and organizations and individuals that use hired labor between 8 and more persons located on the territory of the Republic of Crimea, have an average number of working disabled less than 4% of an average number of full-time workers account structure, and also enterprises, establishments and the organizations and individuals that use hired labor, which as at 17 March 2014 owed Crimean Republican branch of Fund of social protection of the disabled, to pay administrative sanctions for failure to comply with the standard of jobs intended for employment of disabled people, and default interest to the Fund of social protection of invalids in the Republic of Crimea.
