V. Konstantinov: Adoption of the Basic Law of the Republic of Crimea will give considerable impetus to the development of civil society, the economy of the Peninsula, social and interethnic relations

In the State Council of the Republic of Crimea was held the final session of the Constitutional Commission on draft the Constitution of the Republic of Crimea.

Opening the meeting, the Head of the Parliament of the Republic Vladimir Konstantinov said that the adoption of the Crimean Constitution will give considerable impetus to the development of civil society, the economy of the Peninsula, and in social sphere of interethnic relations. “For us offers a tremendous opportunities. However, to satisfy their real content, it is the task of the political elite of the Crimea, and the opportunity will be provided”, - he added.

According to V. Konstantinov, a distinctive feature of this constitutional process is absolute legitimacy and commitment to constitutional norms of the Russian Federation.
