The State Council passed the law regulating the procedure of justice in the Republic of Crimea

At the extraordinary session of Crimean Parliament on 8 August in the second reading passed the bill “On the justices of the Republic of Crimea”.

The law regulates issues of appointment of magistrates, their powers, competence, procedure of selection, tenure, age limit, as well as other issues.

In accordance with the law, the selection of candidates for the position of the magistrate judge performs Judicial Department in the Republic of Crimea on a competitive basis after passing the qualification examination.
