Socially unprotected categories of citizens of Crimea will receive free legal assistance

The State Council of the Republic of Crimea at the special session adopted in the second reading the bill “On free legal aid in the Republic of Crimea”.

According to the Head of Crimean Parliament Vladimir Konstantinov, this document is developed in accordance with the Federal law, which established the right of the subjects of the Russian Federation to adopt regional laws which establish the right of socially unprotected categories of citizens to receive free legal aid.

Such laws, according to him, are accepted and acted upon, for example, in Krasnoyarsk Krai, Arkhangelsk oblast, St. Petersburg.
