Crimean Parliament adopted in the second reading the law of the Republic of Crimea “On peculiarities of redemption of strategic facilities in the Republic of Crimea”The law determines the mechanism of redemption for the needs of the Republic of Crimea property situated on the territory of the Republic of Crimea and belonging on the property right of physical or legal persons. The purchase of the property, in accordance with the law, in cases connected with the necessity to prevent a threat to the life, health of the population of Crimea, by the need to ensure the functioning of vital objects, etc. The purchase of the property is in order and the terms established by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea. The list of property, subjected to repurchase, also approved by the government. Purchased the property becomes the property of the Republic of Crimea.
