The Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov took part in the meeting that held in the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea under the leadership of Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Kozak.

In the work took part the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksenov, Plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Russian Federation at the Crimean Federal district Oleg Belavencev, acting Chairman of the Sevastopol city state administration Aleksey Chaly, heads of administrations and regional governors, heads of profile ministries and departments of the Russian Federation, heads of towns and districts of the Republic of Crimea.
