The development of the sphere of education and health for the management of the Crimea is paramount. It was stated in Evpatoria by the Xhairman of the State of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov during the meeting with medical and pedagogical workers, residents of the region.

According to him, the Republic today has a high human potential and is on the threshold of significant changes in medical, educational, tourist and recreation industry. With the accession of the Republic into the Russian Federation Crimea has received significant financial investments, which have not been seen in all the years of stay in Ukraine. Today in the framework of the Federal target program there is active development of measures to bring the social infrastructure, first of all, health care facilities, pre-school institutions and schools – to the Russian level.
