The State Council of the Republic of Crimea has adopted the Law “On elections of deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea” in second reading

Elections of deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea of the first convocation will be held on September 14, 2014.

Presenting the final version of the draft law, the Head of Crimean Parliament Vladimir Konstantinov reminded that on 30 April the draft law “On elections of deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea” was adopted in the first reading, after which the Permanent Commission on Legislation, Organizational Management of the State Council and Public Relations has been working on its preparation for the second reading.

The law “On elections of deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea” in the second reading and as a whole, supported 74 deputies.
