On the eve of the Day of the Great Victory in Simferopol in the National Crisis Management Centre of Russia in the Republic of Crimea was held a video-conference of the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov with the Governor of Tver region Andrey Shevelev.

From the Crimean side the event was attended by the Chairman of Permanent Commission of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea on Legislation, Organizational Management of the State Council and Public Relations Efim Fix, veterans of the Great Patriotic War, the chairmen of Simferopol district veteran organizations Fedor Gavrilov, Ivan Yuriev, participant of the Great Patriotic War, member of the Presidium of Simferopol Council of Veterans Organization Aleksandr Nikitin.
