Crimean Parliament will seek to ban all-Ukrainian Union “Svoboda”

Crimean Parliament will seek to ban in court activity of all-Ukrainian Union “Svoboda” in connection with the violation by this political force established by the Constitution of Ukraine and laws of Ukraine requirements for the activities of political parties.

It was stated by the Chairman of Permanent Commission of SC ARC on Legislation, Organizational Management of the Supreme Council and Public Relations Konstantin Bakharev, commenting on the decision of the Presidium of the Supreme Council “On recommendation of the Prosecutor of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea dated January 29, 2014”.
