Presidium of SC ARC amended the Resolution “On measures to promote the protection of order and public safety on the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea”

On February 7, 2014 at the extraordinary meeting of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of ARC was considered recommendation of the Prosecutor of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, concerning the abolition of paragraph 1 of the Decision of the Presidium of SC ARC of January 27, 2014 “On measures to promote the protection of order and public safety on the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea”.

Following the discussion, the point 1 of the above Decision is in following wording:

“1. To request the General Prosecutor of Ukraine on the issue of the ban in court activities all-Ukrainian Union “Svoboda” in connection with violation of established by the Constitution of Ukraine and laws of Ukraine requirements for the activities of political parties”.
