Round table on prospects of development of the autonomy for the coming years

The necessity of transition towards the regionalization of powers and the change of the funding formulas of regions from the center, leaving sufficient for the development volume of funds on the ground had been brewing up long overdue. It was stated by the Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov during the round table with the members of Crimean Expert Club.
