In Crimea has been opened the VIII international festival “THE GREAT RUSSIAN WORD”

In the entertaining complex “Yubileyny” took place the opening ceremony of the International festival “THE GREAT RUSSIAN WORD”.

The opening ceremony was attended by the Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Sergey Naryshkin, the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov, acting Head of the Republic of Crimea, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksenov, Plenipotentiary representative of the RF President in the Crimean Federal district Oleg Belavencev, members of the Presidium of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea.

In his speech Vladimir Konstantinov said that the festival “The Great Russian Word" this year takes place in a special atmosphere: “We accept guests after the Crimea returned to Russia. And in that, that has happened, there is considerable merit of our festival. Crimeans have shown the way for Russian regions “near abroad”, gave the example of Russian patriotism for the rest of Russia”.
