Sergey Naryshkin: The Festival “The Great Russian Word" will become an important platform for international dialogue

International festival “The Great Russian Word" will become an important platform for international and intercultural dialogue. This opinion was expressed by the Chairman of the State Duma Sergey Naryshkin, speaking in Yalta cinema and concert hall “Yubileyny” at the solemn opening of the festival.

This forum for several years is "the most important cultural event for all Crimeans and representatives of different nationalities united by common history and common destiny”, stressed the Head of the lower house of the Russian Parliament. His speech has been repeatedly interrupted by applause.

“After a long 23-year-break you have returned home, to the native land, - politician continued. - For all Russians a sense of solidarity with the opposition was also a sense of national unity and national pride, the incentive for further achievements”. "In the history of the Crimea has turned a new page, and only depends on us, what will it be”, - addressed Naryshkin to the audience.
