In the opening ceremony of the festival took part the Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the International festival “The Great Russian Word” Vladimir Konstantinov, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Crimea, the Head of the apparatus of the Council of Ministers of ARC Olga Udovina, Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in ARC Viktor Plakida, Presidium members and deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of the autonomy, members of the government of Crimea, Metropolitan of Simferopol and the Crimean Archbishop Lazar, mayor of Yalta Sergey Ilash, Crimea residents.
