Vladimir Konstantinov: “Crimean Parliament adopted a historical decision”

According to the Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov, Crimean Parliament on March 6, 2014 adopted a historic Decree “On holding of all Crimean referendum”. He said this, speaking during the extraordinary plenary meeting of the 8th session of SC ARC.

According to him, Autonomous Republic of Crimea follows one’s path, and decision on holding a referendum is not a political insinuation, but a compulsory measure, the response to situation in Ukraine and attempt to protect the autonomy.
