Vladimir Konstantinov commented to journalists on the results of the meeting of Crimean Parliament

The current illegitimate Ukrainian authorities destabilized situation in the state, and their actions itself led the autonomy to the decision on the referendum. It was stated today by the Chairman of the Supreme Council of ARC Vladimir Konstantinov during dialogue with journalists.
