Sergey Donich: The Day of local self-government is a truly national holiday

First Deputy Head of Crimean Parliament welcomed the participants of the solemn event on behalf of the Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov and the Deputy corps of the autonomy.

S. Donich noted that local self-government Day is a truly national holiday, “all who are endowed with the right to elect and to be elected and who is of a high rank official of local self-government are the part of the Day”.

The event was attended by members of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of Crimea, Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in the ARC Viktor Plakida, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the autonomy Georgy Psarev and government members, representatives of local government.
