Clarification of the Legal Department of the Supreme Council of ARC

On March 3, 2014 the Prosecutor General of Ukraine in violation of the territorial jurisdiction of administrative cases appealed to the District administrative court of Kyiv with the bill of complaint to the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea on recognize illegal and reversal of acts adopted at the extraordinary plenary meetings on 27 and 28 February 2014.

The Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea intends to appeal against the determination of an appeal.
