Vladimir Konstantinov: The State Council of RC by the law eliminates the so-called “municipal nest-dolls”, which has long been a hotbed of corruption in Crimea

It was stated by the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov, commenting on the adopted by the Crimean Parliament on June 4 the law of the Republic of Crimea “On the structure and the name of the local government in the Republic of Crimea, the number, term of office and date of elections of deputies of representative bodies of municipal formations of the first convocation in the Republic of Crimea”.

As the Speaker has noted, the innovation is that the district councils will be formed from deputies of rural settlements, “which will allow to provide every rural settlement in the district Council”.
