The Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov called political nonsense announced by Ukrainian law enforcement agencies preliminary conclusions of the investigation of the tragic events on the Maidan. It was stated by the Head of the Parliament at the press conference in Simferopol on April 4.
