The State Council of the Republic of Crimea initiated the formation of the Electoral Commission of the Republic of Crimea

At the extraordinary plenary meeting of Parliament of the Republic of Crimea was adopted a resolution “On formation of Election Commission of the Republic of Crimea”.

As noted the head of the State Council Vladimir Konstantinov, presented draft Resolution was developed in accordance with articles 22, 23 of the Federal law of 12 June 2002 no. 67-FZ “On basic guarantees of electoral rights and the right to participate in referendum of citizens of the Russian Federation”.
