Statements on the possible decision of the Ukrainian authorities to cut off the supply of water and electricity on the Peninsula is a crude blackmail of Crimean authorities. It was stated by the Chairman of the Supreme Council of ARC Vladimir Konstantinov to journalists on 4 March in Simferopol.
