It was stated by the Chairman of the Supreme Council of ARC Vladimir Konstantinov to journalists on 4 March in Simferopol.

In structure of delegation – Deputy Head of the autonomy Parliament Sergey Tsekov, members of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of SC ARC Konstantin Bakharev, Vladimir Klychnikov.
