According to the Chairman of Permanent Commission of the Supreme Council of ARC on Legislation, Organizational Management of the Supreme Council and Public Relations Konstantin Bakharev, covering events in the country, journalists should be objective and adhere to the principles of European journalism. In particular, it concerns and expression of the Crimean people about the events in Kiev and in the country, as well as highlighting the decisions of the Supreme Council of the autonomy.
