Head of Crimean Parliament Vladimir Konstantinov handed leading athletes with disabilities and their coaches certificates for ARC scholarships.

At the solemn ceremony of certificates awarding were present members of the Presidium of the Crimean Parliament Sergey Donich, Vitaliy Nakhlupin, Valeriy Kosarev, Aleksey Chernyak, Konstantin Bakharev, Sergey Tsekov, Nikolay Yanaki and SC ARC deputies Gennadiy Babenko and Nikolay Kolisnichenko.
