Crimean Parliament has resolved the issues associated with the execution on the territory of the Republic of Crimea decisions of courts of Ukraine

The corresponding resolution was adopted at the extraordinary session of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea on September 3, 2014.

The resolution stipulates that the execution of judgments on the territory of the Republic of Crimea, issued in the name of Ukraine by vessels that were in the court system of Ukraine to 21 March 2014, is carried out in the manner prescribed by article 11 of the Federal law dated October 2, 2007 № 229-FZ “On enforcement proceedings”, part 5 of article 13, Chapter 45 of the Civil procedure code of the Russian Federation, the head 31 of the Arbitration procedural code of the Russian Federation.
