The State Council of RC adopted a resolution aimed at protecting the legitimate interests of individuals and entities conducting entrepreneurial and other economic activities

The corresponding decree “On some issues of protection of legitimate interests of individuals and entities conducting entrepreneurial and other economic activities” adopted at the extraordinary session of the Parliament of the Republic of Crimea on 3 September.

The document also noted that the execution of the decisions of the courts of a foreign state - the state of Ukraine in disputes, shall be deferred until January 1, 2017.

The adoption of this project will ensure the rights and legitimate interests of individuals and entities engaged in entrepreneurial and other economic activities.
