V. Konstantinov: the Mayor of Stary Krym should write a resignation letter

According to the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov, the mayor of Stary Krym Pyotr Kotuk should write a resignation letter before the next elections.

It was stated by the Head of Crimean Parliament after the meeting with residents of the city during a working trip to the region on July 3. In particular, citizens negatively assess the P. Karuk’s activities as the head of the city.

“The mayor with such a negative rating in the city and the negative attitude of residents of Stariy Crimea should not work. These people’s time have passed, it is necessary to nominate more effective leaders, capable of responding to crisis situations. He needs to write a letter of resignation after the negative, which was expressed by the people. Need to do this without waiting for the elections”, - the Speaker said.
